Ukraina atkūrė „Starlink“ veikimą po bendrų derybų Oslo

Po rugsėjo 20 d. Oslo susitikimo Ukraina pranešė atkūrusi „Starlink“ ir „Starshield“ veikimą bei atnaujusių žvaldomosios informacijos mainus su JAV. Volodymyras Zelenskis patvirtino, kad iki ribų grąžintos ankstesnės skaidros, o liko neįspręstas oro gynybos sistemų styriaus klausimas.

Pagrindiniai faktai

  • Derybų delegacijos Ukrainos, JAV ir Europos sąjungininkų susitiko Oslo rugsėjo 20 d.
  • Rugsėjo 24 d. 05:20 val. „Starlink“ greitis Ukrainoje становиo 420 km/val.

Kas nutiko

Delegations from Ukraine, the United States and European allies met in Oslo on 20 October. The discussions covered the air-defence shortage, Starlink restrictions and limits on intelligence sharing with the United States. Ukraine later said that the meeting helped restore Starlink and Starshield operations at their pre-restriction speed and resume intelligence exchanges concerning Russian ballistic strikes. Zelensky said the intelligence and Starlink issues had been resolved, while the air-defence issue remained open. On 24 October at 05:20, Starlink’s speed in Ukraine had reached 420 km/h, compared with a mid-October limit of 161 km/h.

Ukrainian reporting centres on Zelensky’s account that the restrictions and limits on intelligence sharing were resolved after the Oslo negotiations, while the air-defence shortage remained unresolved. Ukrainian coverage also highlights how the restrictions disrupted Starshield connections, military missions, logistics and drones, and prevented interceptor drones from engaging Shaheds effectively.

International coverage links the restoration of Starlink operations and renewed intelligence sharing with the Oslo meeting involving Ukraine, the United States and European allies. It gives greater attention to the dispute over when the restrictions were lifted and to the US investigation into how Ukraine lost access to Starlink communications.

Kuo skiriasi pranešimai

On 23 October, Donald Trump said Elon Musk had lifted the Starlink restrictions, while Ukrainian military officials and Volodymyr Zelensky said the restrictions remained in effect. On 24 October, Zelensky confirmed that Starlink and Starshield were operating again at their pre-restriction speed.

Kontekstas

In mid-October, Starlink service in Ukraine was limited to 161 km/h, and the military Starshield connection reportedly dropped above 160 km/h. Ukrainian officials said this disrupted military missions, slowed logistics and drone use, and made it impossible to use the system on Shahed interceptors. The Oslo delegations discussed intelligence, Starlink and air-defence issues, while a US investigation was initiated into how Ukraine lost access to Starlink communications.
